- Important Note: LEVEL A for this piece features quarter, half, and whole notes and rests (no eighth notes) for students who have not been introduced to eighth notes or eighth rests yet. If your student reads eighth notes, I highly recommend you download Level B instead.
This is a lovely, flowing piece that sounds like a flowing river. Pedal is used throughout the piece. Both hands are 8va for the entire piece. Key teaching points of the piece: Use of crossing the left hand over the right hand and reading of flats. This one makes a great recital piece.
